As the terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, we recommend that you check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made.

We respect and protect your privacy. We confirm that all personal information communicated to us remains strictly confidential and will not be transmitted to third parties.

ORDERING
When making your purchase, please always make sure to review your order before confirm it. Before submitting, you have the possibility to edit any information you have entered, such as changing or deleting items from your shopping bag, the shipping or billing address, and your credit card information. Following your purchase, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming reception of your order and payment. If you made an error when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist you.

PRICE & VAT
All prices of our products are inclusive of VAT (value added tax), import duty and tax. The shipping charge for your specific country is added per order. The prices displayed on the Website are those that apply at the time of purchase. The prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders which have been accepted.

PAYMENT METHOD
Shop with confidence. You pay using SaferPay, the easiest and safest way to pay online. Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon confirmation of your payment. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Mover, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

SHIPPING METHODS
Our courier will deliver Monday through Friday. An order that has been submitted on a public holiday will be processed the next working day. A contact name and phone number shall be given to the courier and all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Mover cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Please note, that we only ship to home or office addresses - not to P.O. boxes. Express deliveries can be made on demand by the client with an additional cost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. Therefore, you may return your purchase within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. Please also note that we are only able to offer free size/color exchanges depending on stock availability. Contact our office before returning your garment. The cost of returning goods back to Mover will be at your own expense (not refundable) and responsibility. We recommend that you send them by a "signed for service" and keep proof of postage. Please indicate in bold on the outside of the parcel RETURNED GOODS as this will avoid additional charges. We are not able to accept any returned items that have been used, washed or damaged, and which are not in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.

DEFECT ITEMS
All our items are checked very carefully and quality controlled before shipping to customers. The items are classified as defected if there is a manufacturing fault which occurs within five months of purchase. Please note that goods damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be defect. Defect items will be replaced for free.

LIABILITY EXCLUSION
Mover reserves the right to make price changes and cannot assume liability for errors in the product descriptions. We make everything possible to display the exact colors of our products that appear on our Website. However, the colors may vary in accuracy, as computer monitors are different.

LAW
These terms and conditions as well as all disputes or claims arising hereof and of using or shopping on the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
